Eight Innovations Fund projects funded by Learning Connections ran from May 2006 – April 2007 and piloted innovative ways of using technology. This report, launched at the ICT Innovations Conference 2007, records the findings of each of these projects and reports on the project objectives, progress, achievements and overall key findings.
Brief Summary
The eight projects covered in this report range from using online learning, digital storytelling, creating a “survival manual”, making a digital photo album, using ICT in prison through peer tutoring, using podcasting, using video and audio to enhance ESOL and Gaelic learning, and using ICT with young people. The learners involved came from different geographical areas from the Western Isles to Aberdeen to the central belt.
